Lake Camanche Fish Report
1-22-2015
Lake Camanche Staff
Pond baits reported this week were worms, power bait and crappie jigs.
Lake anglers reported top trolling at the rock wall down the narrows using white grubs, Firetiger rapala, Thomas Buoyant and a gold kastmaster lure.
Bass baits reported were a toadthrasher bluegill and senko worms with red sparkles.
Lake Camanche's current elevation is 187.55 as of 1/20/15. Water temperature at the launch ramp is approximately 50 degrees and the lake is 33% full. The inflow from Lake Pardee is currently 11 c.s.f. and the outflow from Lake Camanche is currently 225 c.s.f. The flows into Camanche currently vary from 11 cfs to 900 cfs. This is because when they are generating electricity from Pardee the flow is increased from the baseline 11 cfs at this time they are turning on two of the three generating units periodically during the week. Each unit can deliver 400 cfs, thus the 11-900 cfs range.
