Q 105 Sportfishing Fish Report 10-16-07

Qualifier Crew

O.K., let's begin with the weather ??? conditions were poor. Today was windy and choppy until about the last 2 hours of the day. The fishing unfortunately was not much better. The morning began with us chasing a nice school of tuna traveling about 6.5 knots. Problem was, with the weather up, we could only travel about 6.4 knots. We did manage to get on a spot later in the day for a few very nice ones. We also had a handful of Wahoo and some Dorado. For dinner, lamb chops then a good night's rest for all. Tomorrow we try again and hope to give ???em hell. Until then ??? Q-105 out.

It was slow for the entire San Diego fleet. Oh well, that's fishing! We will be heading south tonight with high hopes for tomorrow, and the days following. Good thing is we have plenty of days left to look and; hopefully, catch fish....... Read More
