DFG to Announce Pike Eradication Project Tuesday

What: Department of Fish and Game (DFG) Director Ryan Broddrick plans to announce a project to eradicate northern pike from Lake Davis.
When: 11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007
Where: The Lake Davis Dam, Lake Davis, Plumas National Forest, off Highway 70 near Portola.
Why: Director Ryan Broddrick, along with other DFG and U.S. Forest Service officials, will discuss the details of the northern pike eradication project scheduled for late summer 2007.
