Half Moon Bay Sportfishing Staff
Given yesterday's weather and the forecast we received in the morning on Wednesday for Thursday, we decided to throw in the towel early, cancelled Thursday's trip in advance and will wait for things to calm down for Friday.

9-19-2007The forecast didn't sound great, but we had to show up in the morning to see what the weather was going to do. It was absolutely howling at the harbor, so we made calls as quick as we could to try to catch folks before they left home to tell them to stay there...no fishing today. We had another great SFR Charter aboard the Queen of Hearts out of Half Moon Bay Sportfishing. SFR Reporter John Thompson checked in from the docks with 129 Rockfish, 1 Cabezon and 12 Lingcod to 23lbs for 13 anglers. They had some great weather and calm seas today.
