Shogun Sportfishing Fish Report 09-12-07

Well the passengers and crew prevailed over the seas. The cooks put out great meals and snacks, Captain and crew were searching high and low for albies, and the wind kept blowing. The fishermen on this Baja Dreamer Tackle 5 day trip maintained good spirits throughout. It was a tough fishing day but such is fishing, makes that yellowtail experience all the sweeter. Tomorrow we will be in port, turning around on another 5 day, I think Norman will give the albacore a break.

The Shogun continues an uphill march all day today. The seas are a bit rough and we expect to arrive at the albacore grounds mid-morning tomorrow. All we can do right now is endure the ride and hope that the bite holds through tomorrow afternoon. It would be nice to finish off this 5 day trip with a lick at those 30# grade albies.
