Royal Polaris Crew

Hello out there in web-land. Well let first talk about the weather. Weather today was very good, with a slight breeze out of the northwest at 8 to 10 knots, slightly overcast skies, with a very warm afternoon.

Our weather was not the only thing that was warm, so was the Albacore fishing. We had limit style fishing today on 22 to 30 pound Albie's. It was fair in the morning, but by late afternoon, the Albacore began to rumble. Our 29 passengers had a surprise today, with a brief showing of Bluefin tuna. The Bluefin were in the 15 to 20 class, with only a handful landed. All in all, today was just a great day of fishing.

Roy made the decision to give Albacore fishing another day, before thinking about trying something different. So with that note, I will close for now, but I will kept you posted on our daily reports. Until tomorrow, good luck and good fishing. The R/p crew.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.

We departed Fisherman's at 10:30 hours, loaded bait and now we are headed for the Albacore grounds. We don't have the best bait in the world, and it won't surprise men if we lost a tank or two. So tomorrow will tell the story. This is our limited...... Read More
