The Tribute returned Sunday Jan. 4th from a one and one half day trip with nine anglers catching 24 bluefin tuna (up to 30lbs), 6 skipjack, 33 yellowtail and 16 bonito. The bluefin are light line fish with 15lb fluorocarbon and a 1-1/0 hook being the best tackle for getting a bite.
We are now taking reservations for the Tribute's winter-spring one and one half day trips.
The San Diego's three quarter day trips have had good fishing for yellowtail, bonito and rockfish. Friday Jan. 9th is a go!
The New Seaforth's half day trips have been catching a mixture of bonito, bass, perch and sculpin.
