Great fishing today with an excellent bottom bite and some game fish to round out the day! First time angler visiting us from abroad caught a HUGE Seabass today using one of our rental rods. Edgaras Sulcas landed this 69.4lb White Seabass while fishing with captain John Fuqua on the Sea Jay. Captain John has seen many big fish over the years, but this was the biggest croaker to date since he's owned the boat. A true "whopper" of a catch! Hopefully a sign of things to come this January?
We boats running full speed for the next couple days. After the new year we change gears and will be running some surface trips for bass and yellows.
