One more weekend is the books and only two left in this 2014 season! Today, again we had good rockfish counts plus an increase in the whitefish and sheephead count. The overnight Mirage had an outstanding day at San Nicolas island. Local boats had some good catches today as well, like the ones pictured here by the Aloha Spirit. A good mix of quality rockfish with a few game fish mixed in.

Today's Fish Count: 7 boats and 94 anglers
867 Rockfish, 2 Calico Bass, 104 Sheephead, 158 Ocean Whitefish, 34 Lingcod, 19 Bonito, 1 Yellowtail and 1 Halibut.
