Another good day in the books! Mostly solid bottom fishing for reds, lings and whitefish but a few of the boats took a stab at the yellowtail. Shawn and Corey on the Aloha Spirit ended the day with 10 nice yellows for the morning and finished the day with a little calico and shallow bottom fishing. The Erna B, Sea Jay and Cobra (pictured here) caught and lost some today. On the overnight front, the boats reported excellent lingcod and rockfishing. Captain Matt on the Seabiscuit had good ling and rock counts, but really got on the whitefish to complete a great day at San Miguel.

1553 Rockfish, 2 Sheephead, 85 Lingcod, 199 Whitefish, 3 Rock Sole, 15 Yellowtail, 51 Calico Bass, 6 Sculpin and 36 Red Rock Crab.

Sunday Sunday Sunday!!! If your not watching football, you may want to go fishing. We still have a few open spots for Sunday morning. Also departing Sunday night we have openings on the Mirage for an overnight trip returning Monday. The upcoming week has several open spots for virtually all the boats too!
