Gallatin River Guides
October is a special month at Gallatin River Guides. Foot traffic in the shop slows down--only diehard anglers are out chasing trout; guided trips dwindle; and our shop hours are reduced.
From the sounds of it, you'd think our brains were shifting away from fishing...NO WAY! October is when we fish...and fish A LOT. The summer crowds are gone and anglers who want solitude and adventure are on our daily docket.
For this newsletter, check out Jimmy's Yellowstone Park Fishing Forecast, a streamer recipe from the late legend Steve French, discounted lodging rates for an October or November trip, and lots more. Plus, we're revamping our online store to be ready for all your Holiday Shopping needs come November.
There is still plenty of time for your Montana fly fishing adventure if you can make a trip happen...if not, well, that's more fat trout for us! And remember, our discounted winter rates start November 1st.
