Well we got things started today , and managed to have a pretty good time in the process. 18 to 30 lb. yellowtail were the game today. Salas yo yo jigs and the beloved 7 x for the long rod guys were the way to go. A hot mackerel cast out was pretty instant as well. I think pretty much everyone got their daily limit on these today, and we had excellent weather as well. We are going to camp out and give this a try tomorrow in hopes of a repeat day like today.
