Well, I wrapped up my Striper season last week and started targeting American Shad. The Shad fishing has been nothing but spectacular! We have been catching between 40-100+ Shad an evening. American Shad offer lots of action and pound for pound the hardest fighting fish on our rivers... They are great for family outings and kids, plus most of the time we fish the evenings so you don't have to get up at the crack of dawn! Come out and enjoy an evening on the Sacramento River catching fish after fish!!!
