Utah Lake Fish Report
5-16-2014
Utah Division of Wildlife
Anglers report fair to good fishing for channel catfish. White bass, bluegill and other panfish species are providing fair success. Try fishing in shallower water (3 to five feet deep) and near structure. The tributaries to Utah Lake below I-15 opened up on May 3. Please keep in mind that there is a fish-consumption advisory for channel catfish and carp in Utah Lake. If you happen to catch a northern pike, please do not release it. We do not want pike in the lake!
