Qualifier Crew
We spent the day looking for and finding kelps on our way down south. However, much to our dismay there were not many fish on any of the kelps we ran into. We did find however, something to celebrate. Passenger Barney Klenga celebrated one his most important if not the most important birthday of his life with us....the BIG 21. The 21st birthday celebration left the sour taste of tough fishing a distant memory as the festivities went on well into the evening. Chef Chris prepared a fabulous NY steak dinner just for the occasion. Hopefully everyone will be up and ready for some early morning fishing tomorrow. the crew of the Q105

8-8-2007We departed Point Loma on the Haggarty ultra limited load charter. We are rolling down south excited to get to fishing. The weather is decent just a little choppy. We are planning on doing some kelping tomorrow to break in a couple new pairs of tubes that will hopefully spell the end for a few more YT and Dorado.
