Fish Report for 12-16-2013
Striped Bass have been providing most of the action at Lake Skinner

The water temperature is 58-60 degrees
Bluegill: Low action.
Catfish: Low action.
Striped Bass: High action. Usine live shad while fishing for Stripers has been very successful this week. Go with either umbrella rigs, Sibiki rigs. Also good is trolling with shad or plastic leadheads, flukes, scrongers and rattle lures at the East End, north of Ramp 2 or in the middle of the lake.
Largemouth: Low action. They are starting to to get active so you can use a bigger fast moving lure, crank baits, spinner baits and jigs.
Trout: No action yet as no trout have been planted.
Carp: Slow action. Big Carp are easy to catch and are a lot of fun. Use your favorite Carp dough baits along the banks or under heavy cover.
