Just a FANTASTIC day for STRIPED MARLIN fishing. On the EL BUDSTER. The Michael Mesa party from Miami, FL catches and releases two STRIPED MARLIN ( 130 & 140 lbs. ) . They were caught on live Caballitos and took 40 & 45 minutes to get to the boat. They also caught a 30 lb. DORADO.Fishing on the EL BUDSTER I .The Dan Riley group from San Francisco, CA catches and releases FOUR STRIPED MARLIN. All the marlin weighted between 130 - 140 lbs. Two were caught on live Caballitos and two were caught on the World Famous Black Bart Lures ( flying fish color ). Fighting time for all the marlin were between 40 - 45 minutes.On the EL BUDSTER II. The Craig James party from Denver, CO catches and releases FOUR STRIPED MARLIN. All the marlin weighted between 120 - 140 lbs. All were caught on live Caballitos.
