Lower Otay Reservoir Staff
You'll find most of the fish near the dock right now. We find that they usually move toward the dam after the first few days. So the Lower Otay Trout Season is on.
Some of the larger Bass are coming up from the deeper water to the top water. The early morning bite has been crazy. Shiners are the hot ticket. Swimbaits that are trout colored are also doing well. Nightcrawlers are working for Bluegill.
