The MISSION BELLE 3/4 day has been fishing south of the border on the hunt for big Yellowtail ranging from 20-30lbs. Fish have been fooled on yo-yo and surface irons as well as fin bait. They have also been enjoying some awesome bottom fishing to round out the sacks. Trips are 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Adult fare is $128.00, kids under 16 are $118.00 as well as seniors over 60 and active military with I.D. Those prices include the Mexican Permit for the day, as well as the new Visa's required for travel into Mexican Waters as mandated by the Mexican Government. Rental Tackle is available for an additional $15.00 per angler. A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PASSENGERS OF ALL AGES.

ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS: DRIVER'S LICENSE, PASSPORT OR ORIGINAL COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES.

DAILY DOUBLE 1/2 day is currently enjoying some quality bottom fishing for Sheepshead, Vermillion rockfish, rock cod and a few novelty lingcod and misc. others. Trips Monday thru Friday are from 8 A.M. to 3 P.M. and on Saturday and Sunday its still 6:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and then again from 1:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. Adult fare is $45.00, kids under 16 and seniors over 60 or active military with I.D. are $38.00. The Required State License is $14.61 for the day and rental Tackle is available for an additional $13.00 per angler.

*LOBSTER & CRAB HOOPING*

 The POINT LOMA will be offering Twilight Hooping trips targeting Lobster and Crab starting on the 9th of this month. Trips are 6:15 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. Cost is $50.00 per person and limited to 10 people max. Price includes use of Hoop, Bait and Lobster Gauge. Anyone over 16 years of age will need both the CA. License as well as Lobster report card. Kids under 16 will only need the Lobster Report Card. CA. License is $14.61 and the Report Card is $9.46. Both can be obtained from us here on site before departure.

 BEFORE BUYING A LICENSE OR PERMIT YOU MAY NOT NEED, CHECK WITH THE OFFICE TO CLARIFY WHAT IS NEEDED AND HOW TO GET THE CORRECT LICENSE.

 WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TO ALLOW TIME FOR CHECK-IN AND PARKING.

 NO COOLERS OR ICE CHEST OF ANY KIND OR SIZE ON ANY VESSEL IN OUR FLEET. FOOD MAY BE BROUGHT IN A GROCERY BAG OR BACK PACK OR PURCHASED IN THE GALLEY ON BOARD.

 NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED. ALL BOATS HERE ARE LICENSED FOR BEER SALES. ALUMINUM OR PLASTIC CONTAINERS ARE FINE.

 IF YOUR TRIP FISHES IN MEXICO, GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D. REQUIRED FOR ALL PASSENGERS OF ALL AGES. ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS INCLUDE: DRIVERS LICENSES, PASSPORTS AND ORIGINAL COPIES OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES.

 TRIPS UNDER 3 DAYS IN LENGTH DO NOT REQUIRE A PASSPORT, ONLY A VALID PHOTO I.D. HOWEVER, IF YOU PLAN TO CONTINUE FISHING IN MEXICAN WATERS, WE HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING A PASSPORT FOR FUTURE TRAVEL.

The NEW LO-AN returned this morning from their 1.5 day with 25 anglers catching limits of Yellowtail at 125 Yellows, 54 Yellowfin Tuna, 9 Dorado and 15 Skipjack Tuna.
