Justin Fleck checked in with this report for the Excel. "The day started out a little slow. We looked around the Ridge and even though the conditions were great and we saw a lot of fish. They just wouldn't bite. We went out off the Ridge and found a kelp where we had very good Dorado fishing and even token Wahoo. So everybody had plenty of Dorado to take home. And it ws fun fishing while it lasted.
"Today we are at the Rocks. When we rolled in the water was 73.5 degrees and a beautiful blue color. The Wahoo had moved back in and it dodn't take long before we ended up pick'n at them all day. We ended up with 55 Wahoo. Another surprise is that some Yellowfin tuna have moved in here. They ran about 25 to 45 lbs. Unfortunately, the sharks are just an absolute nightmare out here. They eat there fair share of fish out here.
