We set out to target quality fish today, and quality we found. We got on a school of Jumbo Yellowtail and had some good fishing from mid morning until mid afternoon. The big Yellows made for a great day and everyone was able to land several of the brutes. After lunch we chose to do some drifts for Halibut and scored on the flats as well. We will be traveling throughout the night and fishing for some cod tomorrow before we call it a trip. Pictured here is Richard Hightower with one of our crew and a nice Yellow he caught today on his Newell 533 series reel and a Catchy Tackle "Banana Split" yo-yo iron. The fish ate the jig 10 feet off the corner with an eruption! What a show!! Also pictured is Tim Sellars and a Big Cedros Halibut. "The Intrepid Team"
