We enjoyed Chef Javier's "Brunch on the Intrepid" today. What A Treat!! This is a standard for us on all our 8 days and longer trips. The Alaskan King Crab legs, fresh baked hams, Eggs Benedict, fried rice, and all the pastries one could imagine is enough to put anyone down for the count. The fishing today was lots of show and no go style of Blue fin Tuna fishing as we found many small schools of the Tuna's up chasing bait, but not willing to take a hooked bait. We managed only one Bluefin for our afternoon. That's the story of our trip as a whole, it was a tough one, via the weather, lack of sign, and high winds that made for bad fishing conditions for the most part. We hope the trend changes as we saw very good fishing in the late part of the day yesterday and hope it continues for awhile. We will be back out again tomorrow on another 8 day and hope to see better action. ETA 0600 Saturday morning.
