BRUNCH ON THE INTREPID DAY.... Another day of feasting on excellent food from the Quintanar Brothers. Today was "Brunch on the Intrepid" day with loads of great food. Buffet style breakfast bar, HUGE Seafood Mountain and pastries until you are ready to pop!! Javier and Hector are simply amazing in the galley. Setting up such a display of fine food on the water, on a sportboat, on a fishing trip, is a feat in itself. Anyone who has been part of "Brunch on the Intrepid" knows what we are talking about, and those of you who have not experienced it, well, your missing out on one of the best Buffets on the water.. We did make a stop for a couple of hours of very productive Rock Cod and Ling Cod action. It was good fishing and everyone put together a nice stringer of Reds and Lings to add to their catch.
