Good afternoon from the Intrepid. Today was spent at San Martin Island in search of some different variety. The water cooled down even more overnight, down to a chilly 58 degrees, so we wrote off any chance at Yellows. We made a couple of Halibut drifts inside of the bay with no results, so we decided to run above the Island for some Ling Cod. The Ling and Red fishing was down right good if you could find an area away from the giant squid, those things can be a pain. There were even several times where the Lings would hit the sardine before the weight had a chance to hit the bottom. Our weather and fishing for this trip has been excellent and our small group of anglers have been a blast to spend the last 4 day's with. Tonight's dinner will be a Caesar salad, roasted Prime Rib and Black Forest Cake for desert. Our ETA is 0700. "The Intrepid Team"
