We made it out to the Rocks around 0800 and found that things have not changed out here very much. The place just didn't feel very fishy and there was not very much sign around. We did pick up one lone Wahoo as we searched the area. We found a small batch of Tuna and set up on them only to have the sharks get on us and take anything that was of any size. It was mid afternoon when conditions started to change and we found a different group of fish that started showing pretty good. The afternoon and evening was not too bad out here. We picked some nice Yellowfin, Amberjack, and more Yellowtail to round out the day. I would say it was a tough scratch bite, but if you worked at it you could hang a fish, the kite was able to catch a few as well. We will try for some squid tonight and try this again tomorrow.
