What a great way to wrap up our Larry Brown 10 day. We had to have had some of the best sunrise and sunsets I have ever seen during the last 10 day's. And the way that our weather has been over the last couple, you would never guess that we are in for another good one from Mother Nature. With absolutely no wind we bypassed the Halibut fishing and went and did a little "Coddin" above San Martin. Not only did we have good Red fishing and catch the biggest Olive Rockfish that I have ever seen, but a half dozen jumbo Yellowtail went along with the mix. I have done hundreds of whale watching trips in my time and I still think we take for granted the amount of marine mammals we come across while fishing. A great show by a Humpback that breached about 30 times in easy camera reach, Pacific Whiteside Dolphin, Pilot Whales, Minky Whales, Blue Whales and 2 different pods of Orcas. And that was just today. Gotta love it. And of course we would like to say a big "Thank You" to all of our Veterans out there. We do appreciate you. ETA 0530 Saturday morning. "The Intrepid Team"
