Today started out with our famous Buffet prepared by Chef's Paul and Kyle. One angler was quoted saying "this spread rivals any high end hotel I've ever stayed at" and yes it does. Eggs Benedict, Fried rice, Oysters, Shrimp, Crab, Bacon, Sausage, fresh baked pastries and the list goes on. And what buffet wouldn't be complete with out a few bottles of Champagne for a tasty Mimosa? What a great way to spend a travel day, life is good. With the spectacular fishing that we have had lately it would be a good time to get on one of these long trips. There have been several fish in the 300 pound range lately and countless fish over 200. We can't put in to words how good our fishing has been in the last month, but if you would like to give one of these giants a shot, we have spots available on our January 28th, 15 day.
