Sacramento River King Salmon fishing for 2007. King salmon fishing season ?Įopened on July 16, 2007 below Red Bluff. Sac River flows at 13,500 CFS.?ĮSalmon fishing since the opener,??started off ok but now we are seeing the ?Įsalmon fishing to slow down quite a bit, we are in that lull, which is normal.?Į??With not a lot of salmon coming up river yet, but more salmon coming up ?Įriver daily. Some days are better than others.

The Kings that have been brought in, as you can see from a few of the ?Į??photo, these salmon we are catching now are between 25 and 35 pounds. ?Į2007 Salmon fishing with be a big fish year.

Salmon counted passing over the Red Bluff Diversion Dam is still ahead of???Į??last year's count, over a 1,000 more this year than last . Hey, that's ?Įgood news. The Sacramento River will open in Anderson, California on ?ĮWednesday , August 1 , to salmon fishing. Opening up the well know ?Įstretch of river know as the Balls Ferry area. We'll be back and forth ?Įbetween?? Balls Ferry and Woodson Bridge area.
