We made a few drifts for Reds and Lings this morning on our way home and had a blast doing so. The bottom dwellers were biting and everyone gets to add some more variety to their catch. We would like to thank Bob Douglas and Ed Tschernoscha from Baja Fish Gear for their sponsorship on this 9 day adventure. This light load of 17 anglers is taking home a nice catch of mixed Bluefin and Yellow fin Tuna, Limits of Big Yellows, bonus Halibut, and plenty of assorted Cod for their trip. We hunted very hard for some bigger Bluefin in the last couple of days and found several spots, but they just wouldn't bite for us. Over-all it was a very fun trip with a great group of many regulars and a few new comers. Several of our anglers landed their first ever Bluefin and that is always a nice moment to share.
