Another fine day of fishing for us down here with the Catchy Tackle group enjoying some great quality fishing. With the wind up and blowing around 15-20 knots, we decided to stay put last night and ride it out on anchor rather than venturing offshore in sloppy conditions. The move or not moving paid off big! We enjoyed very good fishing for these big Alijos Yellows all day long, well over the 100 mark with some of the guys reaching their limits then started donating to the galley and handing off to those who still needed some. The Dorado also joined in on the action adding some excitement, 5 more Wahoo, and then some very nice Yellow fin up to 90 lbs. showed up and we were thankful the sharks allowed a handful of those nice Tuna to get to the boat. We did have casualties on both Tuna and Tails from the toothy pests throughout the day. With a full week still in front of us, we will give the weather another day to calm down again before we head up the line and finish offshore closer to home. "The Intrepid Team"
