Anglers reported catching perch on the north side by the dam while using worms and bobbers. They also reported catching some really nice rainbows on the south side. Boaters were using silver spinners, red-and-white spoons and multi-colored Panther Martins on the rainbows. They were slow trolling at around two or three miles per hour.
The Bureau of Reclamation contacted the DWR this week with information suggesting that the water level will be lower over the next few months, as compared to last year.
