Fish Report for 9-11-2013
Summer fishing is transitioning into fall with a very steady bite
9-11-2013
Bill Roecker
Summer fishing is transitioning into fall fishing in a pleasant sort of way. While the weather kicks up on occasion, fishing lately has been quite steady, with most boats scoring on bluefin, yellowfin, wahoo, yellowtail and dorado.
Yesterday the Searcher reported "...great fishing this morning with steady action of 30 to 50-pound bluefin tuna," and that "...40-pound fluorocarbon and mono with a 4/0 circle hook ahs been the outfit of choice so far."
