Monday Yellowfin Tuna and 3/4 Day Yellowtail

Captain Ryan of the San Diego just called in from their 3/4 Day trip with 80 Yellowtail for their 18 anglers! They have plenty of time left to fish and are currently on the hunt for a few more Yellows to round out their limits and some tuna to sweeten the deal. Stay tuned for further updates.

Captain Mike Pritchard of the Tribute just called in with a morning report. As of 9:45 AM they had 21 Yellowfin Tuna, 6 Dorado and 130 Yellowtail.

This morning we had the Endeavor return back to the dock from a 1.5 Day trip with 95 Yellowfin Tuna (limits), 20 Yellowtail and 9 Dorado.

9/8/13 11:15 There are some good counts coming in. The San Diego ran offshore again today, and they just called in with 50+ yellowtail! Captain Mike on the Tribute checked in from their One Day trip with 10 yellowfin, 11 bluefin, 3 dorado and 1 yellowtail. The Aztec, also on a one day, called in with 12 yellowfin and 50 yellowtail. Offshore fishing continues to be very good with excellent weather. Saturday's one day trips had limits, or near limits, of Yellowtail plus some Dorado and a few Bluefin tuna. 1.5 day and longer trips are having good fishing for Bluefin Tuna, Yellowtail, Dorado and some Yellowfin Tuna. Mark Oronoz' Pacific Voyager on the 2nd day of a 4 day had a total of 255 Yellowfin Tuna and 23 Bluefin Tuna. Their tuna were between 30 and 50 pounds. For all the current fish scores,...... Read More
