All of a sudden the lingcod are biting.. Island Spirit just called in it's fish count for 14 anglers. 20 Lingcod, Limits of Rockfish, 1 Sand Bass and 1 Rock Sole. The weather was also outstanding.. warm and calm on the ocean.

We have limited load trips scheduled all week long including the upcoming weekend. We are fishing shallow water rockfish for the most part at Anacapa and Santa Cruz Island. Fishing has been good to fair with red snapper, lingcod and sculpin. Some sheephead and whitefish too, depending on location.
