What a way to start out a trip! We got on a school of 25-40 pound yellowfin tuna just after lunch that bit like crazy. For three hours, it looked like an aquarium around the boat with free swimming tuna and dorado everywhere. All it took to get a bite was simply drop a bait in the water(didn't matter what pound test you had) and you were bit. No casting required. After we loaded up the RSW, we were able to successfully pass the school on to several other boats in the area who all caught fish. It was just a great day to be on the water. With plenty of tuna onboard now, we are switching gears and headed down the beach in search of yellowtail. Wish us luck.
