Justin Fleck checked in with this report for the Excel. "We fstarted off our Ballast Point Brewing trip on the Bluefin grounds. We had very good fishing on that 50 lb. Bluefin class. Some were a little smaller, some a little larger. The last 15 or 20 of them were all 60 to 70 lbs. There is a very good sign of Bluefin around.

"We slide down to the lower zone yesterday. We saw a good sign of Yellowfin and Yellowtail. We ended up with about 110 mixed fish for the day. It wasn't what we were hoping for with the sign of fish all around. We felt we should have had a little more than that. The weather came up a little in the afternoon & it was a little choppy. We still had a good day.

"We're at the Islands this morning, and the weather is beautiful. The water is warm and we're just getting the day started. Hopefully we get on some Yellowtail or a Seabass or two. We'll check back later to let you know how we did."
