The Pride returned Friday evening with one that didn't get away - a 137 pound Bluefin Tuna! Unfortunately word from the fleet is many of these beauties are getting away due to anglers being under-gunned or victims of a multitude of calamities that happen during frenzied fishing.
Most Captains are suggesting a minimum of 40# line with a 50# and 60# rig preferred for some stops. New line, quality hooks, flourocarbon leader and reel spools filled to proper capacity are a must.
