Good morning folks. Yesterday we had excellent yellowtail fishing at the Island. Action throughout the whole day on 25 to 35 pound fish. Long drifts in flat calm, hot weather. Picture perfect, just like in the magazine photos. Offshore again here today looking for a line of kelps with some action on dorado and hopefully tuna. We will report again tomorrow

Good evening folks. A showing of tuna today but they were not interested in our baits, it is nice to see fish moving up the coast and hopefully soon they will get off the bait balls and bite the sardine. With the lack of tuna action we filled the afternoon with action on dorado and a few yellow on kelps. Really the first honest sign of Dorado and they were welcome sight. Good morning folks. Another great day of yellowtail fishing yesterday. Good action on 15 to 18 pound fish with fish up to 35 pounds mixed in. In the morning and evening the bigger yellows show and we had a spectacular show on the trophies last night. The brute yellowtail gave us a struggle landing 13 after watching them chase sardines all around the boat. Have your surface Iron ready for that. A couple of White seabass to go along with the......
