The offshore season has taken hold, and anglers are reaping the bounty as, without a doubt, the best fishing the San Diego fleet has experienced in several season is happening right now. Good numbers and quality size Bluefin are hitting the deck and filling the fish holds on overnight and 1.5 day trips.

"These are quality Bluefin" Capt. Alex Edwards on the Coral Sea called in early to report. "Some of these fish are easy 50 lb class and are giving anglers a run for their money"!

"This is the real deal. We had a flash like this last season, but there is a mass of fish offshore, and this looks like it's setting up to fill in and will be around for a while."

"Without commercial pressure on this fish, our anglers are in for a ride this season"! There is an area of fish in easy day range as well as further south in perfect 1.5 Day range. We are excited with what we see, and with the season's prospects.

The Coral Sea has a full schedule of Ultra Limited Load Trips featuring our signature 1.5 Day trip. This offers the angler the opportunity to fish from sun up to sundown giving you the best opportunity to put together a great catch while on the grounds.

Out trips are Ultra Limited to only 17 anglers. Trips are filling as the bite heats up. Visit Coral Sea Website or contact Randy in our office @ 619-997-9993 and reserve you chance to get in on the best Bluefin Tuna fishing we have seen in years.

See you onboard,

Capt. Alex
