Long range sportfishing anglers have many thoughts as their perfect fish to catch. After enjoying two days of steady action on school-sized yellowfin tuna and yellowtail, we thought today would be a perfect day to go "Trophy Hunting." Taking a shot at trophy-sized bluefin tuna sounded like a good plan, but to have it become a reality was a dream come true. With the help of friends and a few other code boats, we were able to be lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. All 27 passengers and crewmembers witnessed a show of 100 pound plus bluefin flying out of the water, that will not soon be forgotten. Not only were we fortunate enough to hook 4 fish, but we were able to land them as well.
B Jered Zeable, Tom Szczeblowski, Barry Nicholas (Nick), Mike Zeable and crew proudly display their cookie cutter 122-130 pound trophies. Unfortunately for us, we spent the later part of the day proving how big this ocean can be.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 223-5414to get in on the action.
