WHITE SEABASS LIMITS for PACIFIC EAGLE
5-28-2013
Mike Thompson
Mike Mings and his Pacific Eagle slammed out WSB limits in a hurry! Nice class of fish being caught, mostly between 20-40lbs on the dropper loop. In heavy current with a waning moon, anglers are having to use the heavy torpedo sinkers (10oz-16oz) with live or fresh dead squirts. Pictured here is Gabriel Garcia of Ventura after helping catch boat limits for 26 (crew included) in less than 45 minutes.. rapid croaker download!
Pacific Dawn also had several of there own on there last trip. 12 white seabass and a yellowtail to show for a full day's efforts.
Captain Jesse and the Island Spirit are coming off a busy holiday weekend. No croaker during the holiday rush, but last Friday they caught limits of WSB along the Ventura Coast.
We have trips online all this week, plus this upcoming weekend! Be sure to call and reserve your spot. (805) 676-3474
