Most of the hike-in anglers in the canyon are reporting phenomenal action for Brookies, Golden Hybrids and some really qulity wild Rainbows in the high country. Everything from flies, jigs, trout worms, spinners and spoons reported to be working.

South Lake: The bite for pan sized rainbows at South Lake stayed strong thoughout the weekend
Bishop Creek: Tuesday thru Friday Bishop Creek was "Wide Open"
Weir Lake: Nice 4 lb. Rainbow caught and released at Weir Pond this week
North Lake: Although North Lake was quite crowded, anglers still did well
