The 2013 offshore season is fast approaching. A couple of boats went offshore last weekend and had good kelp paddy Yellowtail fishing. Although there was no Tuna caught the water is looking good and we believe we will be catching Tuna very soon. All the signs are pointing to us having an exceptional offshore year. We have been out the last two weekends fishing the Coronado Islands. There has been good sign of Yellowtail and although we have not had any big hits we have had some good action. We are scheduled every weekend to go to the Islands for the next couple of weeks however we will start fishing offshore if that proves to be a better call.

Tomorrow night we leave on a 2 day charter where we will spend at least one day offshore. Hopefully we will have something good to report. Saturday and Sunday night we have one day trips scheduled with plenty of room available. These will be Coronado Island/Freelance trips. Now is the time to get on the boat.
