Wills Bait and Tackle
Our boats have been doing a great job finding and catching the beautiful King Salmon! Annnd we have been doing a rock/lingcod trip now and then; plus rock/salmon combos! The rock fish fishing has been great with a few lings here and there...we threw back about five 23 1/2 inch lings the other day at Fort Ross buoy...frustrating for all! Of course, today is the day that we have been blown back to the dock! What an amazing July...weather with wind and rain (the other morning) and more wind. We actually had seven days in a row fishing last week and only three this week!
We have had full bookings on the CALICO with Capt. Mike Mann and Capt. Bon Bon, the SAMANTHA IRENE with Capt. Les Fernandes, and the MISS ANITA with Capt. Vince Orsini and his preeminent partner, Ed Liebig. We have been working very hard and expect the summer weather to come soon...?...? Any PSYCHIC"S out there!????
I can tell you that the fish,for the most part, have been high quality...nice number of hogs!!! We have had several fish over 35#'s weighed in right here at Will's!
We're HAPPY!...most of the time! We like it better when the weather is summmer-like!
It is great to see everyone who comes into Will's...we are thrilled to have Edwin back this year....he has been training CJ who is our "KID" for the next month and a half. And, of course, we have the Bodega Bay Joker, Bob...he's a tease...great guy & manager for Will's. We are blessed!
Judy has been up and down with skeletal issues and I've been up and down on the Calico! Hope all out there in cyber land are well and friendly!!!

6-8-2007Hi Y'all...we have been invaded by porn/drug IP's and have had a terrible time getting rid of the problem. Hopefully, we will have no more trouble! The fishing for salmon has been up and down...yesterday, MISS ANITA with Capt.
