The catching campaign continued south in search of fish today. We looked hard in windy conditions and found a few paddies holding a mixed grade of Yellowtail. Melissa Rayner managed to wrestle a nice 25 lb. yellowtail to the gaff. Today was a good tune up for the action we hope will follow in the next couple days. We Departed today on Capt. Cloyes ninth annual catching campaign with a limited load of excited anglers. After getting settled in and under way we were treated to a spectacular acrobatic display by a big pod of porpoise. Capt Willy then presented everybody with the new and improved 2007 catching campaign t-shirt which is always a big hit among both passengers and crew.
