The koks are fat and healthy and most of the koks are fighting as hard as heck. A good depth for us this week was 38 to 42' but we also got a few all the way down to 65'. It is quite a different year with the early bite, about a month early and the depth of the Kokanee. We have been all over the lake and so are the Kokanee, there are slow times and there are times when they start biting you can put easy limits of fish in the boat. Uncle Larry's Spinners with pink or orange always works good along with Glitter Bug mini or tube hoochies in pink or orange and Anglers Market Kokanee Bites in the same colors and try different colored and shaped blades this time of year. I feel we will be seeing bigger koks this year than last, it's been a great start for the year of 2013. Pictured above Stuart and his son Skyler out on the boat and we took it to the limit with nice fat Kokanee, the bite is on.

SeeYa On The Water. Thanks to Melanie and the crew for a great seminar this year.
