Mike Thompson
TODAYS COUNT: 640 Rockfish, 1 Rock Sole, 25 Lingcod, 1 Ocean Whitefish, 2 California Scorpionfish
Anglers fishing this Friday were greeted with Big Reds, Big Lings and great weather. Rockfishing started just two weeks ago and has steadily improved with each passing day.
We have plenty of spots departing on Sunday for these tasty bottomfish on each of our boats. The PACIFIC DAWN will depart Sunday Night on an overnight fishing Monday. Trip will venture out to the farthest Channel Islands in search of the larger grade Rockfish as well as Sheephead, Whitefish and quality LINGCOD!
PACIFIC EAGLE will depart for a full day trip to allow more fishing time to give you the best chance at filling your gunny with rockfish, lings and other misc. bottomfish. Still plenty of spots open and best of all BUNKS ARE INCLUDED.
ISLAND SPIRIT will be departing on a ¾ trip and currently has a light load. The boat has a phenomenal track record and has been finding Limits or Near Limit rockfish trips almost every single trip! There is still plenty of room for you and your buddies on this 70’ vessel. Come out for a day of fish and fun!
