Ice fishing at Eagle Valley Reservoir

Most of the lake is covered with six- to nine-inches of ice with only a little open water on the north shore. Anglers have been catching both brown and rainbow trout in the 12- to 15-inch class through the ice using small jigs and PowerBait.
