The Albacore bite was wide open today out near 36'34/122'32, 36'30/122'30, and 36'34/122'39. I fished on my friends boat and caught 15 Albacore and lost a few while trying to get them to go on live bait. Bocci Boy will be open for bait early so get here early because bait is the key. There were other boats who caught 20-30 fish in the same area. The water was like the best day in Mexico but not as hot just flat calm. We looked around the weather buoy but there were no bites but I bet the fish will move from the south in a few days because the water is perfect. The Salmon bite was decent near the Soquel Hole and near Moss Landing. The Halibut are still being caught near the Mile buoy to Capitola.
