Castaic Lake Staff
The Striper fishing was great this week at Castaic Lake. The best location was by the buoy line in Necktie Canyon. The Stipers were found in 35 to 50 feet of water and were caught for the most part on Kastmasters.
The Catfish bite was also good. They have been biting around Oak Canyon and Kong Island. Mackerel and flukes have been the best bait. Lastly the Largemouth bite has been good around Utopia on nightcrawlers.
